Kayla has been dedicated to the field of early childhood education for 11 years, beginning her journey at just 16 years old. She has spent the last 5 years as a valued member of the 123 Grow team. Kayla’s passion for teaching stems from her love of creating meaningful learning experiences, sharing in exciting adventures, and celebrating special occasions with the children she works with.
Outside of work, Kayla is committed to her own education, actively pursuing opportunities to learn and grow. When it’s time to unwind, she enjoys going on cruises and exploring new destinations, always embracing the chance to experience different cultures and places. Kayla’s enthusiasm for learning and discovery shines in both her professional and personal life.
