Tiffany has been a dedicated member of the 123 Grow Child Center team for ten years. Before stepping into her leadership role as Campus Director at the Barre location, Tiffany served as the Lead Toddler Teacher, where her career in childcare began in 2014. Starting as a toddler teacher at the Barre campus, her passion for working with children of all ages, especially nurturing infants, has been the foundation of her growth and success.

For the past four years, Tiffany has led the Barre campus with dedication and care, fostering an environment where children and families feel supported. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys camping, watching football and NASCAR, reading books across all genres, and spending quality time with her friends. Married and a proud mother to an 8-year-old son, Tiffany balances her fulfilling career with a vibrant family life, bringing her unique blend of experience and compassion to everything she does.
