Cori Owen – Regional Director

Cori Owen has been a dedicated part of the 123 Grow family since 2010 and currently serves as the Regional Director, a role she has held for the past six years. Her journey with 123 Grow is deeply personal and professional, starting as a volunteer when her sister became the center’s first enrolled student. This connection blossomed into a long-standing commitment to early childhood education and leadership within the organization.

As a mother of three boys, ages 5, 10, and 15, Cori balances her professional responsibilities with a vibrant family life. Her passion for outdoor activities—camping, hiking, and canoeing—reflects her love of nature and adventure, which she often shares with her family. She also shares her home with two beloved German Shorthaired Pointers, Ash and Cedar, whose energetic personalities and love for bird hunting perfectly complement her active lifestyle. An enthusiast of moose, Cori finds inspiration in their strength and calm presence.

Cori is dedicated to fostering a nurturing, educational environment across all 123 Grow campuses. Her leadership is marked by a focus on continuous improvement, community connection, and a commitment to the well-being of the children and families she serves.

Kim Dubrule – Admissions Director

Kim has over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, bringing a deep passion for fostering young learners’ growth and development. Since joining 123 Grow in 2019, Kim has advanced from a Preschool Teacher to Head of School for the Gardner Campus and recently taking on the role as Admissions Director, supporting families in choosing the best educational experiences for their children.

As a parent of two, Kim understands the importance of creating a nurturing environment where children thrive. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cheering on her son, a goalie in the NBHL, and spending time with her dog, Maggie.

Marcia Hopper – Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant, Marcia’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the tuition payments are submitted every week. New enrollments, withdrawals, class level and schedules all impact accurate charges. Marcia took this part-time “retirement” position nine years ago when 123 Grow had expanded to the point of needing office help. After a professional career, first as a high school teacher and last as the director of a small non-profit agency, Marcia appreciates this support role and enjoys interacting with parents and staff. She also has great respect for the Directors and her administrative colleagues, who are dedicated to creating the best preschool experience for our families.

Marcia lives with her husband, Ron, on a 20-acre woodland lot where they enjoy gardening, from vegetables and flowers to fruit trees and berry bushes. They are on a waitlist for their sixth dog over 48 years of marriage and look forward to another round of Canine Good Citizenship and Therapy Dog training classes. She jokes, “In my next life, I am going to be a dog trainer!”
