Meet our Head of School Ms. Lisa Brouillet

Lisa Brouillet is an experienced Child Care Director with a strong background in elementary education and a passion for working with children, particularly those who are neurodivergent. Over the years, she has dedicated her career to supporting young learners both in the classroom and through one-on-one engagement. Her expertise in providing tailored educational experiences has empowered countless children to reach their full potential.

Lisa is also a proud mother of four children (ages 21, 19, 16, and 13) and brings a personal perspective to her professional work as an advocate for neurodivergent children. Her journey as a mother has deepened her understanding of the unique needs of children and enhanced her ability to support families and foster inclusive environments. Her children attended the school-age program at 123Grow Child Center, and to this day, they fondly talk about their experiences. They still recall the fun activities, the friendships they made, and the support they received from the staff as 123Grow helped shape their growth in meaningful ways.

With a heart for both education and advocacy, she is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families. Lisa is deeply committed to making an impact in the lives of children, and helping every child thrive in an inclusive and supportive environment.
