Jennifer Dustin has been a dedicated professional in early childhood education since 2001, with a deep passion for supporting young learners. She’s been part of the 123 Grow family for over 15 years, where she currently serves as Head of School at the Fitchburg Campus. Jennifer is committed to creating a positive, nurturing environment that fosters growth and development for both children and educators.
Outside of her work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she finds peace and rejuvenation in nature, especially in the woods. Her love for the outdoors keeps her grounded and inspired as she continues to make a meaningful impact in the world of early childhood education.
